Returns

To request a return, please contact us at royallify@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If your return request is approved, our team will guide you on the next steps and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Items returned without first contacting our support team may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. In cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed through bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Refund processing may take up to 10 working days depending on the payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
