For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Please ensure that your phone number is active and reachable so your order can be processed without delay.

If we are unable to confirm the order after several attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team will begin processing it within 1-2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

• Major cities: 3-5 working days
• Other areas: 5-7 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to courier operations or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer standard delivery across Pakistan.

  • Flat shipping rate: PKR 250
  • Free delivery: On orders above PKR 3,000
  • 10% OFF: On Advance Payment

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before completing your order.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address.

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule.
